Focus Question: how is hungary's government different from the u.s.a's government
the government in Hungary is lead by the prime minister. the prime minister for Hungary holds a lot of power. he uses his power by building buildings for people to work and get more jobs. he doesn't attack any body because he would rather help people than hurt other people. Hungary is an independent, democratic and constitutional state. these are the types of laws and legal things that people in Hungary can do that Hungary has.
1 Alaptörvény (Basic Law) this law means the basic rights and obligations of citizens, and sets the main rules for the state system. No measures of any other norms can be contrary to the Basic Law.
2 Törvény (Act): important legal acts at the second level of the hierarchy of norms. The Basic Law defines the rights and obligations that shall be governed by Acts. They can only be adopted, amended or repealed by the National Parliament.
3 Rendelet (Regulation) that all levels have the force of law as they are adopted under authority granted by statutes.
4 Határozat (Decision) this means govern their own functioning and the tasks of the bodies under their authority.
5 3Utasítás (Order) this means that Ministers issue Orders in their executive powers settled by law to govern the activities and operations of bodies under their authority.
